What do we look for in a GBK Sous Chef (apart from a love of burgers)?
- A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes and a love of cooking & constructing mouth watering dishes

Ability to work well under pressure and take control when needed including experience of working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment

Knowledge around running a kitchen adhering to targets and leading a team

Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety ensuring the team are trained and confident

Finally, the ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously - We're too casual for that!
