The Creative Manager position is TikTok's new function in the Global Gaming Creative department that supports the development of creative solutions for our Enterprise, Growth and Gaming client cohorts. As a Brand Creative Consultant, You’ll direct brands and partners in creating groundbreaking brand content and activations that establish TikTok look & feel. Your creative direction will capture the imagination of audiences, overdeliver client briefs and set the highest possible standard for branded content not just on TikTok. Your creative concepts won't rely on big budgets to disrupt people’s feeds. You intuitively understand how to leverage digital formats, audience culture and social influencers to drive reach and awareness.

Our mission is to create, drive, and oversee upper-funnel creative best practices among our client base, in partnership with sales. The objective is to both increase the confidence of our clients and their agencies in creating better TikTok content and to increase media spending as a result of that confidence building. You will also partner up with production houses to initiate and oversee TikTok's first creatives for key clients and on their major campaigns.
