The vision for PRO-Fitness is simple – to provide each client with the “Best Hour of Their Day”.
Our clients don't have to spend hours in the gym to reach their goals. Fitness is fun, and through our methodology, we help our clients regain confidence, feel better, look better, live longer, and ultimately live more fulfilling lives.
We are looking for a qualified Personal Trainer who is energetic, professional, honest, and motivated to grow within PRO-Fitness & Nutrition. Prior experience of nutrition consultations and qualification(s) are desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate must have a fantastic and engaging rapport with our clients and a passion for delivering fitness & nutrition results. They must demonstrate evidence of previous self-development and show an ongoing desire to commit to further learning and educational opportunities.
If you are successful in your application, you will work with our current membership base. You will be supervised by our Head Coach, work alongside our incredible and expanding team, and receive development opportunities, access to our InBody scanner, and a self-development training budget.
The successful applicant must have REPS L2 minimum (ideally Level 3) or equivalent.
Most of our trainers start on part-time hours and build - full-time. It is important you know and understand our brand and represent our core values at all times.
The post is an employed position with further learning and educational opportunities, pension, paid holidays and gym access.
A face to face interview with practical element will be conducted if you are shortlisted. Please do not apply if you are not in a position to travel to our premises in person for an interview. Interview expenses incurred for travel and time are not chargeable.
Earning potential: Up to £3000.00 per month for the right candidate.
