As a Spa Therapist your duties and responsibilities will be:
Responsible for spa treatment consultations and identification of possible contra-indications
Responsible for performing beauty & body therapy treatments, massage and specialised treatments for guests to the required standards
Responsible for after care advice for the member or guest
Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programmes, promotions and/or discounts available
Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Essential:
At least 2 years’ experience in a spa therapy/ aesthetician position in a 5-star environment
NVQ Level 3 & above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
Available to work weekends and public holidays
An engaging, professional and fun demeanour
Enthusiastic to engage in regular training and development programs for the spa
Salary: £12.79 per hour
