This nursing registered home which holds 67 beds and is divided into different units is looking to find a full-time and Part-time nurse who will join the team there!
This is a facility that rarely recruits new nurses, due to their long-term staff and low turnover.
With a near-perfect RQIA rating and zero complex care requirement, this facility is highly reviewed locally and by those with family members receiving care onsite.
For this role, you will need:

Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

An unrestricted nursing pin

And prior Nursing experience.

The role:

Motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
-
Providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
-
Providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends

Identifying patient care requirements

Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards

Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations

Evaluating patients who complain of specific aliments

Examining and authenticating vaccination records
