Our Pharmacy in Victoria is looking for an experienced Medicines Counter Assistant.
The Role
As part of our pharmacy team, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in delivering excellent customer experience. We will support you to gain your Healthcare Assistant qualification if you don’t have it already.
You will be expected to give great service, advice, hand out medicines and support with pharmacy services. You will also help process retail sales and other operational tasks.
The Person
You will have previous pharmacy or healthcare experience, whilst having a passion for pharmacy. You will need to be confident in speaking to customers and the ability to communicate and question effectively. Great customer care skills are essential. You will need to be a fast & keen learner with a real personal commitment to self growth and above all a real team player

The expected normal working week will be 40 hours working during the opening hours
The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00 to 5.00pm.
Slightly amended hours will be considered if needed.
