At Heath Street Dental in Hampstead, NW3 we provide high quality dental care in all types of Family Dentistry as well as advanced dental treatments with a focus on Orthodontics and Implants. We maintain strict standards in evidence based care and patient experience.
Heath Street Dental is hiring a part-time or full time dental receptionist at our practice in Hampstead, London, NW3.
The position:
This role has significant responsibility and includes patient related tasks such as greeting patients, booking appointments, organising the diary for multiple clinicians and communicating treatments.
The role also includes practice related tasks such as organising the practice and ensuring we have an extremely high level of service all the time. Additionally, the role includes various marketing tasks such as social media updates, blog posts, poster/flyer designs, meetings etc.
We are happy to train the candidate in dental nursing as well.
The candidate:
We are happy to provide hands-on training, however we are looking for those with some prior experience in a similar environment. Applicants need to have an excellent level of written and spoken English for the role. Additionally, you should be very confident in using a Mac computer and fast at typing.
