You can expect an attractive salary of 1800 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events.
Your tasks:
- Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.
- Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application.
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot customer software and hardware issues.
