Working in children's residential care is undoubtedly one of the best jobs in the world as the impact you make is lifelong!
Recruiting Children's Residential Support Workers to work in a small residential home setting for children and young people who are healing from trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
Our homes are in Derby, close to the city centre and all amenities. Each home has three bedrooms for three children and young people who are supported by a family of support workers and qualified professionals.
Our young people may have experienced neglect, violence or abuse. They may have previously been in an environment where their emotional needs had not been met. They may have been exposed to substance misuse, criminality, domestic violence for example.

We create and sustain safe, stable, nurturing relationships and homely environments for all children and young people that come into our care and we help every young person to reach their full potential
