Title: FLT Counterbalance Bendi - Flexi Driver -Warehouse Operative
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Department Core Hours: Operate – 6am - 2:45pm, 2pm - 10:45pm swing shift and 10pm-6:45am nights

Core Responsibilities
· Operate forklift or other hand truck
· Unloading and loading heavy palletised goods
· Adherence to Company or statutory requirements on Health & Safety and housekeeping
· Identify and report any safety hazards in the workplace
· Follow quality and customer service standards
· Consolidate existing raw materials in advance of incoming goods maintaining a first in first out process
· Recording and replenishment of materials required from result of count
· Perform cycle counts and stocktakes as required
· Any other tasks that are deemed reasonable and within the capacity and context of the role
· Employee will cover alternative duties as and where required to suit the needs of the business
Person Specification – Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics environment
· Current Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Certificate with 2+ years’ experience
· GCSEs or equivalent required
· 2+ years’ experience operating powered forklift trucks
· Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
· Proficient in mathematics and English
· Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
· Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
· FLT License Counter Balance & Pivot steer (Bendi - Flexi)
· Must have a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
