About the role
Are you looking for an exciting and new challenge? This is a new role working within a leading charity in Suffolk. You will have the opportunity to work within a developing, innovative, supportive organisation that is proud of the work we do. You will have the opportunity to work across the organisation, getting to know all the teams and the services we provide.
You will be responsible for:
· Welcoming all visitors to Suffolk Family Carers, ensuring that the reception building is kept in a clean and tidy manner
· Overseeing room bookings, ensuring the conference room is prepared in advance
· General reception duties to include post, leaflet stocks and sourcing office supplies
· Opening and closing of the reception building and oversea other office spaces on site.
We want to build a vibrant, welcoming and busy reception area run by volunteers. As an Administrator you will take a vital part in the day to day running of the reception area, providing support to the reception volunteers.
You will:
· Work flexibly with all teams and will enjoy being a point of contact.
· Be organised and self-motivated with the ability to adapt effectively and appropriately to different situations.
· Be approachable, friendly and welcoming
· Have general administration experience with the ability to take minutes.
