Role: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Didsbury
Status: Temporary (potential perm in the future)
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
Weekly Hours: 15 hours per week Monday & Tuesday 8:30am – 5pm
We are a busy and efficient Payroll Department and require an individual who will take on the role of Data Entry Administrator, responsible for manually printing and entering paper timesheets onto our time and attendance system. They will need to check the data against the information held on the system and check any anomalies with the branch network.
The hours of work will be Monday and Tuesday 8.30am-5pm
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a high volume data entry or timesheet environment
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong team work ethic, with the willingness to get stuck in.
- Confident in dealing with people over the phone and in person.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and flexible as to the needs of the business
- Computer literate with solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail.
- Good level of general education
The team are hardworking, passionate about what they do and agile to the needs of the business and we need our Timesheet admin to be driven by those same principles.
The role will be based in Didsbury. The role will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
