We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Administrator to join our Digital and ICT Team. The position is ideal for applicants who already have experience working in administration and who are looking to further their develop skills and experience in a thriving and supportive environment.
As a member of the D&ICT Team, you will provide support across the team and your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Business Operations Manager;
- Supporting the management of all D&ICT contracts and suppliers to support the delivery of the D&ICT Strategy;
- Supporting the management of key service processes around FOI, Training and Health & Safety;
- Carrying out purchasing and ordering activity in accordance with procurement procedures.
