About the Trust
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
We form part of the Coventry & Warwickshire Health and Care Partnership which is made up of the NHS, local government and the third sector to integrate care and better meet our health and care needs now and in the future.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- To complete general reception duties to include managing enquiries via phone and email.
- Greeting patients face to face for appointments.
- Managing room bookings for the site, as well as general photocopying & scanning.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
- System Knowledge – Carenotes
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Microsoft package knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
