Based in Bury and servicing Greater Manchester, the team have excelled over the last 12 months. Our team has a vast amount of experience and delivers a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance, financial services and risk management sectors.
As a Customer Support Adviser within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of our business while ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
Your focus will be to provide insurance quotations in motor & personal products, deliver our awarding winning claims service and develop to small commercial lines, under pinned by exceptional customer service. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work to identify potential customer prospects based on NFU Mutual acceptance criteria.
