You have the ability to think strategically and creatively. This involves having a deep understanding of the target audience and the competitive landscape, as well as being able to generate innovative ideas and develop effective marketing campaigns.

You know how to get your message across. You understand what resonates with our target audience, and you communicate in a way that is as conversational and humanly as possible.
Well-organized:
- An excellent ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once.
- Pay attention to details and take ownership.

You work well with your team in order to see the vision come to life. It’s not a solo job and you lean into and recognize the value that your teammates bring.
Key responsibilities (Must have experience):
- Influencer Marketing: Identifying relevant influencers, developing influencer partnerships, managing influencer campaigns, analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Building and maintaining an email list, creating email content, segmenting the email list, setting up email automation, analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
- Collaborating with colleagues from across departments to ensure info is correct & branding is consistent.
- Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers).
- Managing project administration, including all documentation.
PLUS but not necessary
- Have experience in setting up Discord
- Have experience in Discord community management
- Understand Crypto and understand NFTs (Even better if you own some NFTs to prove you are knowledgable in the web 3 space.)
Job Type: Full-time - 10 AM TO 6 PM GMT.
Salary: £24,000 per year + performance bonus (£2,000 to £10,000)

The successful candidate must have a minimum of mid-level knowledge in cryptocurrency and blockchain. This is a full-time position to answer all questions the community may have regarding the project. The followings are a must:
1 - Mid-level crypto knowledge
2 - An excellent storyteller
3 - Available for 8 hours per day (full-time)
