Job Description
Our restaurant is hiring a Front Of House Team Member to work with our friendly and energetic staff. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar industry is not necessary, but you must be capable of providing quick, friendly service to our customers. You're a natural problem-solver who can think on his or her feet and is willing to chat with customers. You're also aware of and compliant with relevant state and city regulations regarding alcoholic beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Serve food, prepare plates and set tables, clear dirty dishes and take them to the kitchen.
- Handle cash, as well as credit card transactions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
- Maintain a clean work area both on the floor and in storage areas.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week
