Job description
We are looking for a Computer and Network Installation and Support Engineer to join our team. Experienced within the Modern Workplace, 365 and Azure, you will push the boundaries of tech and keep pace with the advancements in hosted IT and comms.
This full-time role is based in our Exeter office, with the opportunity for some remote working if desired. Visiting customers goes with the territory and, while our customers are mostly based in the South West region, visits may extend to other parts of the UK on occasion.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30
Salary: 25K – 35K – dependent on experience

Key responsibilities include:
Developing our Modern Workplace offering with 365 and Azure
Cybersecurity and keeping up with the latest threats
Setup and installation of Hybrid Windows Severs and Microsoft based Networks
Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via email, telephone and face to face contact
Responding to outstanding faults, queries and concerns in accordance with the time parameters set by the company
Providing remote access support for all networks and associated equipment
Answer and respond to incoming calls and support tickets
Product Development of new ideas and solutions
Experience
Previous and proven experience in Windows Server, IP Networking Lan’s / WAN’s, Security Knowledge, Active Directory, Powershell Scripting and workstations is essential
Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and the future!

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
