SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
We currently have an exciting position as a Service Administrator in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Chesterfield. Our company has been globally recognised for its contributions to the industry, and was recently crowned ‘PACCAR Financial Dealer of the Year 2022’ as well as ‘Used Truck Dealer of the Year 2022’ at DAF’s International Dealer Meeting in Barcelona.
As a Service Administrator, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for:
· You will have previous experience working as an Administrator or within a similar Administration role.
· Automotive experience / knowledge of vehicle parts would be a distinct advantage.
· Be IT literate with an eye for detail.
· A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
· Demonstrate a flexible approach to work commitments to meet the demands of the job.
The Service Administrator role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Organise the invoicing and returns of parts.
- Parts delivery Administration.
- Administration of Warranty returns.
- Manage databases across multiple industry-specific IT systems.
- Maintain vehicle files in line with company and legal requirements.
- Working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings.
