Ebury is a hyper-growth FinTech firm, named in 2021 as one of the top FinTechs to work for by Glassdoor and AltFi. We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.
We are recognised by our employees for having a warm, dynamic and smart culture where everyone has the opportunity to impact and create change. Despite the success we have already experienced, we still have a start-up 'feel' in many ways, enabling individuals to accelerate their careers by having responsibility, opportunity, and recognition without the constraints of bureaucracy.
As part of our continued growth, we are transforming our HR function and are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, based in the UK, reporting into the Head of HRBP (based in another country).
- The Senior HRBP works closely with business leaders and their management teams in shaping and implementing business strategy and the global HR people agenda.
- They are responsible for building a strong relationship within a business line or function, supporting them on people-related issues and change projects.
- The Senior HRBP will work closely with a local HR Ops colleague.
- The Senior HRBP should have strong labour relations capabilities (UK labour legislation will be a must)
