Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing Communications, Branding and Marketing Division. You are a highly collaborative team player who loves conceptualising and transforming creative concepts into industry leading campaigns that resonate with diverse B2B/B2C audiences: high-need target audiences, investors, technical professionals, regulators, general public and consumers. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Communications, Branding and Marketing team. Working alongside the team, you will be a hands-on, accomplished creative professional, capable of ideation and execution of a broad range of creative services for multi-channel campaigns including; campaign creation, brand and product launches, web, digital, social, print, video - motion graphics experience desirable.
Candidate Duties:
· Develop our brand language and visual style of communications across all platforms as we continue to grow new audiences, products and services.
· Be able to work with technical and non-technical colleagues to distil complex, technical topics into clear, beautifully designed visual narratives for a range of technical and non-technical audiences
· Own end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all brand and marketing communication channels including: campaigns, product launches, web, digital, social, print and video.
· Design against all design needs for the organisation, ensuring all design is within brand standards
· Work with colleagues to ensure accuracy of output

Desirable candidates will possess:
· A proven track record working as a conceptual creative/graphic designer in a creative agency.
· Expert skill level with standard Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. After Effects and motion graphics design experience would be beneficial.
· An outstanding portfolio, showcasing strong conceptual and visual design across campaign creation, brand and product launches, web, digital, social, print and (ideally) motion graphics.
· Ability to clearly and concisely, communicate technical information in visual form
· Experience creating designs for a variety of mediums including print, online, corporate PowerPoint presentations, social media and web.
· Strong conceptual and executional skills, with a knack for visual storytelling
· Previous experience in both B2B and B2C categories
· Video/motion graphics experience
· Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor sharp design;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with motion graphics a big plus
· An inquisitive mind, unafraid of scientific information or new concepts;
The Web Designer provides multi-level support to the communications team and senior management worldwide, with a particular focus on strengthening and developing the visual brand of the Company. Working from a solid educational foundation in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields, they are expected to be flexible and nimble in their role to manage short- and long-term projects as well as dealing with day-to-day tasks. Exposure to regulated industries and/or public companies is a clear advantage. The role will be based in our office in Leatherhead, Surrey with the expectation that at least two days a week are on site; some European travel may be required. Working across the global business as part of a high-performing team there is an expectation of out-of-hours flexibility to deliver on projects. Salary commensurate with experience.
