Be Part of an exciting growing business.
We are a dynamic and successful Desserts Business seeking an Office assistant to support our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations and providing administrative support to our Office Staff.
Due to our business being open 7 days a week, the Ideal Candidate will have the ability to work alternative days in a month on the weekend (Although not entirely a requirement).
Key responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintaining Product databases Both Online and On Sage.
- Assisting with preparing reports and analysis.
- Data entry and record-keeping Both Online and Back office.
- Managing Suppliers and Purchase Orders and Stock.
- Assisting Customer Enquiries and Invoicing.
- Performing general office tasks, such as photocopying and mail distribution.
Skills Requirements:
- Office based Roles or a similar role, is not essential yet it is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
The role would idealy suit someone who likes being challenged, a serial problem solver, always developing thier own skills, Ability to always adapt to change, and work allone and in a team. Self motivation is a must.
