We are seeking an Accounts Clerk, Administrator to join our small team in a Full time permanent position.
Duties to include:
- Production of creditors and debtors’ reports.
- Managing Aged debtors & creditors
- Liaising with customers over payments.
- Raising proforma invoices.
- Filing and general admin duties
- Dealing face to face with customers.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, computer literate, manage time efficiently, self-sufficient and have experience in the above roles and accounting packages.
The hours are 8:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday
