Summary
Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. face to face contact with patients, telephone contact and appointment booking. To provide a robust daily administration assistance to patients, as well as clinical, admin staff within the department, liaising with other departments/external agencies, and contribute to a smooth, efficient, and effective general running of the office.
