We are currently recruiting for a Group Head of Bars, to join Hand Picked Hotels. This is a new role created due to our exciting launch of our new F&B concepts, and to enhance the brand and guest experience journey that Hand Picked Hotels will be taking in the months ahead.
.As Group Head of Bars, you will be responsible for developing the Beverage offer throughout all 21 of our luxury hotels, as well ensuring profitability, purchasing and seamless execution of both current and new concepts.
Reporting to the Group Director of Food and Beverage you will have experience in delivering complex, multi-site concepts within a high end luxury beverage environment and have a keen grasp of data and statistical led decisions in order to drive overall revenue, cost control, GP and spend per head.
You will be used to delivering stretching KPI’s as well as ensuring the perfect Martini is served every time in our hotels – skills as a trainer are essential for this role.
Due to the nature of this role, and the locations of our hotels, your own driving license and transport is essential.
About You:

You will already be working in a multi-site, luxury environment.

You will have experience of developing new concepts and implementing them in a timely, cost effective manner.

Your relationship building skills will be second to none, communicating with the Hotels, Board of Directors and suppliers seamlessly.

You will analytical and KPI driven.

You will be an Encyclopedia of all things Bar related, and have your finger on the pulse of the latest and emerging trends within the industry.
