As a Room Attendant you will be working within the within our 15 Basil Street Team, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive and fun team all collaborating and working towards tailor made guest experiences. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP, look after bedroom corridors and pantries on the allocated floor.

Conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP.

Handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP.

Personalize the service to our guests by using guest history where possible.

Greet our guests in line with our LQA Standards.

Report any shortage of linen and follow up rejected linen procedures.

Attend relevant departmental training sessions.
15 Basil Street is based in Knightsbridge, London SW3 1AX, and the closest tube station is Knightsbridge, on the Piccadilly Line.
All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
