Marlborough Highways have an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Data Officer. Working across our Contracts in collaboration with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders you will ensure the timely production of management information and reports to allow informed business decisions to be made and improve performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the production of internal and external reporting across our contracts ensuring reporting timescales are achieved and the reports produced are of a high quality that can be presented to senior stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with internal delivery teams to ensure that monthly KPI data is produced and submitted to our clients
- Support the delivery teams in improving operational performance by undertaking data analysis
- Assist with the monitoring and reporting of bid promises, ensuring that supporting evidence is collected and presented to our clients for formal sign off
- Attend client meetings where necessary, ensuring the continued development of relationships and client satisfaction through improved business performance
Person specification:
- Can effectively plan prioritise and manage challenging deadlines
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- An good communicator, who is able to negotiate and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Great eye for detail, organised and able to produce reports in clear and timely manner
