In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting Advanced Surgical Technologies portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within Northern Scotland. A Day in the Life
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth.
- Lead with multiple stakeholder selling activities within the territory and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the contacts to be made.
- Working mainly in the Theatre environment supporting and advising surgeons and theatre personnel.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Must Haves
- Graduate educated (or equivalent professional skills)
- Strong understanding of the UK public and private healthcare system and experience working within operating theatres.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Full, Clean driving licence
Nice to Haves
- Previous measurable theatre sales experience with surgical products.
