Job Description

Our client, a market leader in the Waste Management industry currently require Refuse Loaders to join their successful business on a temporary ongoing basis with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.

Job Position: Kerbside Loader Immediate start

Job Details:

Please keep this in mind when applying for this role, as you must attend this induction before starting.
Hours of Work are Monday – Friday 6 am – Finish (around 3 pm) Rate of pay will be £10.09 per hour then time and a half after 8 hours a day.

Duties will include:

Collecting refuse from domestic and trade premises.
Loading onto a collection vehicle using the equipment provided to agreed work targets and to high standards.
Make sure all rounds are completed Working as a team.

Requirements:

The role is a loader role and the ideal candidate will be physically fit and be courteous and helpful at all times.
Experience in the waste management industry is desirable but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a national waste management company with great career prospects within a vastly growing industry.
The role is based in Weston Super Mare and would be commutable from Burnham On Sea, Bridgewater, etc, our client is situated close to public transportation links, parking facilities are available for staff, a canteen facility is available for all staff use.
