They are currently seeking a confident and self-motivated individual to manage their sales team as a General Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team selling new and used cars for some of the best loved car brands at their Chelmsford location.
You will work a 5-day week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Saturdays from 8.30 am to 17.30 pm, and Sundays/bank holidays from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm. Plus, you'll get a company car to sweeten the deal!
As a General Sales Manager, you'll enjoy the thrill of the sale, management and the substantial financial rewards that comes with it. You'll sell service plans, maintain and update a diary system, coordinate with the Service Department to fulfil customer requirements, and manage a team of Sales Executives. You'll also host periodic off-site events, adding to the excitement of the job.
To be considered for this role, you'll need a strong customer-focused background with excellent communication skills. Confidence, ambition, and a "strong can-do" attitude are also essential.
You'll be well-presented and capable of maintaining a professional appearance at all times. And of course, you'll need a full clean manual UK driving license, as required for our company insurance.

And with an OTE salary of £45,000.00 to £75,000.00, you'll be well rewarded for your hard work.
