The Brand team plays a key role within Medik8 by producing exciting assets that build out our campaigns, drive sales on and offline plus developing and engaging our social media communities. If you have a passion for everything PR and social and a love for skincare, this is a rare opportunity for you to explore all aspects of building and nurturing relationships through clever communications, viral campaigns and elevated events. Working alongside the global team you will experience all aspects of a busy marketing department, with the opportunity to be a part of driving exciting growth projects and managing global activations.
In more detail your role will include:
- Owns the in-house organic influencer outreach programme, accelerating awareness through regularly gifting existing and new talent - building relationships with our influencer network
- Assists with community management to engage our global network of influencers, dermatologists and key opinion leaders
- Uncovers new social opportunities in the affiliate and acquisition space to widen our audience beyond our current vertical, driving traffic and sales
- Works closely with the Social Media Manager to support on influencer and content creator partnerships as well as collaborative giveaways
- Owns the setup, reporting and monitoring of PR campaigns, compiling monthly global PR reports, beautifully presented in accordance with brand guidelines
- Works with the Head of Communications to own the creative ideas and delivery of PR campaigns that can be seamlessly rolled out in global markets
- Assists in planning and execution of all business and global distributor events within timeframe and budget from concept to completion
- Owns keeping up to date with emerging trends in the skincare landscape, identifying relevant opportunities and activations and idealisation for Medik8
We would love to hear from you if you have...
- 1-2 years experience working in an agency or In-house for a relevant brand
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in skincare, lifestyle and basic knowledge of the media landscape
