About Vitay:
Vitay is a popular reference checking software. Instead of manually requesting and checking references, everything is automated, white labeled and can be integrated into recruiter ATS, saving our customers a lot of time.
Your Daily Challenges
Your accountabilities as PT Product Manager for Vitay will look like this:
- Become an expert on the Vitay product, including: Core web app, Integrations, User experience/ flows, Competitors and customers, industry, and Other Internal Tools eg WordPress, HubSpot, GTM
- Work alongside General Manager developing the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into requirements, epics, user stories, tasks and wireframes
- Work with the Engineering team to groom user stories to meet the team's Definition of Ready
- Oversee delivery cycles to ensure the story reaches the team's Definition of Done
- Prioritize backlog/ sprints based on product strategy, ROI, customer impact
- Oversee product launches, updates and review promotional plans in conjunction with Marketing Manager and Customer Success Manager.
- Work directly with customers, scoping, liaising and managing custom paid for development projects
- Influence without authority, stakeholders in development, customer success, business development and marketing
- Measure ongoing product performance and identify opportunities for increasing revenue
Your Experience

- 2+ years experience working as a Product Manager in a B2B software company, growing revenue
- Experience working directly with B2B customers, scoping/ delivering custom projects
- Technical knowledge and ability to discuss web apps with engineering team
- Scrum Product Owner/ Jira experience
- Data analysis - advanced excel (SQL desirable)
Your Compensation
Outside of IR35 - $62,000-$75,000 pro-rata paid in USD (works out to ~£50,000-£60,000 pro-rata). This job is a remote / work from home position based on 20-30 hours a week to be agreed with candidate.
Availability
As we are a remote / distributed team, all team members must be available between 2pm - 5pm GMT/ BST, Mon - Thurs
Reference checks will be conducted on final candidates.
