Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Location: UK - Remote
This is what you will do:
To regularly attain and exceed targets as delivered by Sterling
To ensure a work rate that delivers consistent results
To speak with prospects, mainly by ‘phone and web meetings, to understand their requirements, and debate with them the merits of a commercial partnership with Sterling
To maintain and utilise all systems put at your disposal to succeed, e.g. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom etc and become a master of efficiency through technology
To finesse the science and art of professional selling, and understand that this is a process of constant learning and improvement
To become an active part of the team, helping others succeed as they help you
This Is The Job For You If You are an individual that likes working in a faced paced environment where “outside the box” thinking is encouraged. If you are driven, a self motivator, a great listener and have excellent attention to detail with a real desire to succeed then we want to hear from you

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

Excellent time management skills, ability to follow protocols and prioritise multiple tasks
Willingness to learn
Sales experience in a business to business role is highly advantageous but not necessary
