Solar PV Sales Manager
Salary: up to £50K + Bonus
Location: London / Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday office hours

The Opportunity
We are a recruitment agency looking for an experienced and highly motivated sales manager who specialises in the renewable energy sector to join our client's Solar Installation sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar installation industry, with a demonstrable understanding being able to grow a business.
You will be responsible for the performance of the sales team and them hitting projected targets, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This will involve managing and coordinating the sales team, providing progress updates, and ensuring targets are met with continuous growth of the business.
You should have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple people and pipelines simultaneously. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be capable of problem solving and resolving any issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will have:
· A proven background in sales & business development
· At least 2 years’ experience working in the renewable energy sector
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Ability to confidently manage and lead a team
· Build relationships with current accounts
· Effectively manage KPI’s and targets
