We are working with an ambitious, people-centric organisation and a supportive and collaborative HR Leader to appoint a UK HR Business Partner to join their team and help drive their HR agenda. As part of this role, you will have exposure to the wider group and will have regular contact with global HR colleagues.
As the UK HR BP, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the company. You will also lead recruitment activity and act as a focal point of contact for the UK.
If you can demonstrate the ability to build successful relationships, problem solve, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, then we want to hear from you.
