As a Store Manager, you'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver great service to customers. In a fast-moving environment, you'll know how to have fun too, while keeping store performance on track.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximising stores sales performance and gross profit targets

Managing every aspect of the commercial, financial and operational running of the store

Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Motivate your team to achieve maximum performance.

Recruit strong talent to support your team.

Organise the entirety of store operations and appropriately delegate responsibilities to your Assistant Store Managers and the sales team.

Analyse sales and expense reports to access your budget and deliver profitability.

Manage inventory levels and report feedback regarding local demand.

Execute and maintain premium store presentation standards.

Follow the latest market trends and make a conscious effort to keep abreast with local competition.

Manage all aspects of operational compliance.
You’ll need proven management experience in a customer focused retail environment. We are looking for candidates who have the confidence and ability to lead, motivate and inspire enthusiastic teams in providing sales support and customer service.
