Call Assist Ltd is the award-winning vehicle breakdown service provider behind many household brands with over 2 million customers. Now in our 25th year, Call Assist has enjoyed increased growth year on year and we are now searching for an Administration Assistant to become a member of our Human Resources team, dealing with general administration duties for our Colchester based Control Centre, who currently tend to c450 employees.

Job purpose:
- Preparing offers of employment and contracts
- Interviewing applicants
- Writing letters
- Dealing with the recruitment process
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls to the department
- Liaising with staff
- Any other duties required by the Director of H.R.
Full training will be provided
The working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.
12 month fixed term contract.

Salary:
The salary is dependent on age:
- 16 to 20 - £7.49 p/h
- 21 to 22 - £10.18 p/h
- 23+ - £10.42 p/h
