We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Receptionists to join our team.
This role will mainly be evenings and weekends so weekend availability is crucial.
Being able to multi-task and remain organised is key to making sure the Reception runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for checking in guests via POS, arranging bookings, answering phone calls, venue show rounds, sorting mail & social media enquires, organising party packs & general cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the reception in the absence of the reception manager.
· Making PA anouncenments
·Assisting with safety briefings
· Answering online & phone enquires
· organising front of house
· organising party packs
· Take card payments/process orders.
· Giving venue information to guests
· Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
