**Mandarin/English Bilingual candidates are preferred as dealing with offshore teams.**
Personal Assistant to the CEO needed to help with daily tasks and offshore team. Some tasks may be done remotely, but other tasks will require you to meet in person.
The work will generally be related to communicating with offshore teams for document processing, translating and being the medium between the two offices with perfect written and spoke and understanding Mandarin.
Ideal candidate is:
Tech-savvy (WeChat, Apple Devices, Word, Calendar, Etc.)
Comfortable with most instructions and interactions being over text-based apps Zoom and or other conference portals
Able to work independently: when there are no immediate tasks to be done, able to proactively switch to working on longer term tasks
Able to keep and check a calendar daily in order to give reminders over text
Comfortable with new CRM’s like Monday.com and Cloud storage like Dropbox Etc.
Positive Can Do Attitude, Friendly Disposition
Ideal candidate has a strong track record in:
Task management processes to help organize tasks and schedules
Phone and email correspondence, presenting yourself and those you represent in a professional manner
Scheduling meetings using a calendar app and/or apps like Zoom
Fulfilling online purchases with credit card information provided to you
Scheduling, booking air fair, hotel, and rental car among others for CEO and or team.
Working with standard office software like word processors, spreadsheets, slide deck editors
Occasionally preparing materials to be shipped, including dropping off and picking up packages
Schedule:
Full time position desired at this time, with late start in the AM due to time difference between two teams.
Other:
*Ideally you will have your own vehicle to run errands (with reimbursements for travel expenses) with Valid Drivers License, phone.
