We are delighted to working alongside a top quality car operator in recrurng experienced care staff for their 40 bed residential care home in East London. Registered Good by CQC in all domains.
Successful applicants will show warmth and support to residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of individuals.
So as a Care Assistant what do you need to do to make this happen?
- Communicate professionally and warmly with all visitors to the home including family and friends
- Provide friendship and supporting to our residents needs
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
NVQ2 / 3 in health and social care desirable. Training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-36 per week
