Physio.co.uk is a private physiotherapy practice with several clinics located around the North West of England.
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Head Receptionist to join our growing team of admin staff. The role will be based at either of our Manchester City Centre clinics (M3 4DN & M1 3ED)
The role will involve the below:
- Booking in new and existing patients
- Managing therapist diaries
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with third parties
- Ordering and maintaining office and clinic supplies
- Taking payments
- Weekly banking
- Organisation of post
- Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic on a day to day basis
- Managing part-time receptionists and the reception rota
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, but flexible working is required.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be somebody who is enthusiastic, outgoing and confident. They will be able to work well with our existing team. We are also looking for someone who is personable, easy to talk to and is able to create great first impressions.

- Have previous reception experience
