Salary Information:

Hourly Rate £11.54 (Full Time Equivalent £24,000 per annum)


Working hours: Part Time (20-25 hrs per week to be agreed with successful candidate)


Location: Didcot


Reporting to: Director


Due to continued growth over the past 12 months an opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.


Description: This role is primarily responsible for being first point of contact for all customers contacting Signs Express Oxford & Signs Express Abingdon & Didcot. This role will mainly manage smaller quotes directly using Clarity and direct larger projects/opportunities to the Director who will decide who manages these enquiries, on occasion the coordinator will also manage these if directed by the Director. The role also is responsible for the proactive marketing activity of the business in the area to build brand awareness and generate leads & enquiries.


Key responsibilities:


  • Answer all inbound telephone and email sales enquiries
  • Direct all larger / project based enquiries to the Director to decide who responds
  • Use Clarity to complete quotations for work in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customers are responded to/acknowledged within 2hrs
  • Follow up email campaigns as directed by the Director
  • Proactively request Google reviews from satisfied customers
  • All activities to be logged on our CRM system
  • Order materials required as required for orders
  • Other Sales and marketing activities as required.

Requirements:


  • 2 year+ experience working in a similar customer liaison/service role.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Flexible attitude and happy to work as required in the business.
  • Experience using Clarity or similar software to accurately quote solutions is desirable but not essential.

Key Measures / KPIs:

  • Acknowledge all customer enquiries within 2 hours
  • Process quotations in a timely manner:
  • Follow up all quotations within 72 hours
  • Secure a minimum of three 5 star google reviews per month
