We offer person centred assessment appointments followed by access to evidence based intervention or support with signposting to neighbouring services. Here in the Hub we are a small multidisciplinary team consisting of the following: A CBT Therapist. A Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. An Occupational Therapist. A Counsellor. An Assistant Psychologist. A Business Support officer An Administrator. We also have a Psychotherapist, a Counsellor and a small team of Psychologists working for us on an ad hoc basis. Main duties of the job include: Direct client contact (including assessment and formulation work) Indirect clinical support e.g. compiling and maintaining educational materials. Clinically related administrative support. Literature searches and research related activity. Audit and research activities. To support the systematic provision of a high quality specialist Staff Wellbeing Service to a wide range of staff from health and social care who are referred to the system wide Wellbeing Hub. The post-holder will contribute to developing the outreach practice of the Hub; supporting leads to communicate and link with other services, disseminate information about and publicise the Hub. The post-holder will support Leads and other practitioners The post-holder will work with the multi-agency team and will assist with clinically related administration. The post-holder will use research skills for audit, teaching, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service. The post-holder will compile and disseminate relevant resources. The post holder will promote and maintain good working relationships with clients and other external agencies.
