You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Care Assistant or transferable skills from another industry, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve thanks to you; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week.

The shift patterns include working, 7 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
