Job Description
Working for one of the UK's leading architecture practices this role will see the successful candidate supporting the Legal and Technical Director as their PA.
You will have proven experience working as a PA at Board level, ideally having worked as part of a team. This is a challenging and rewarding role where a creative, solution-based approach is imperative and excellent communication skills are vital to get the job done. A background working within the legal field, ideally within property or construction would be highly favourable. This is quite a traditional PA role with a heavy focus on secretarial duties.
Key responsibilities
- Typing and formatting all correspondence
- Extensive and complex diary management for Director including meeting preparation, room bookings
- Management and review of Directors inbox, including responding to emails and drafting replies
- Supporting the legal team (3 solicitors and 1 assistant)
- Communication with the technical team
- Gate keeping
- Travel coordination
- Daily communication with other PA's and members of the operations team
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a PA role at board level
- Experience or interest in legal administration
- Educated to A Level standard
- Fast accurate touch typing - minimum 60wpm
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and InDesign
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Punctual with the willingness to work outside of office hours if required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
