The Netherwood Hotel and Spa are looking to add an experienced Reception Team Member to our team
Here at The Netherwood, we are all about delighting our Guests. We have a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian Mansion standing in 15 acres of woodland and landscaped gardens with breath taking uninterrupted views across Morecambe Bay.
Your role is the face of our hotel. The first person to welcome our guests, and the last person to wish them a safe journey on departure. You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly check in of our guests, ensuring it is a smooth experience, and giving them all the necessary information so that they can get the most out of their stay. You will need to work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for check in, as well as support our restaurant during busy times
In return for your hard work with us at the Netherwood Hotel and Spa you will be eligible for staff meals on shift, as well as discounted stays and use of facilities across the Squirrel group of hotels.
Some experience with Rezlynx PMS would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided

This can be a full time or part time contracted role with hours worked on a rota system, shift work and weekend working is part of this role.
