Job Description
We at Epsilon Education are looking for motivated and dedicated Administration Assistants to teach and carry out administrative tasks for our Online Branch. We currently offer tuition for Mathematics, English, and Science, with a focus on 11+, SATs and GCSE.
This role will be remote and we are looking for assistants with familiarity with 11+ exams, SATS and GCSE.
Potential assistants need to commit to teaching until the end of the next academic year (June 2023). All our assistants will need to have a DBS check-we will help you obtain this if you don't have one already.
MAIN DUTIES
· To provide administrative support to staff across Epsilon Education and tutor.
· To have a working understanding of the systems within Epsilon Education,
· Maintaining an effective filing system, updating and maintaining of paper and electronic case files.
· To deal with enquiries from clients/ students/ parents both in person and via the telephone.
· To carry out such other minor and non-recurring duties, appropriate to the post as may be directed.
· To complete financial transactions including; accurate bookkeeping, processing invoices, liaison with accountants.
· To promote the safeguarding and protection of children.
· To undertake training and professional development as appropriate.
Assistants should be:
- excellent at communicating with adults and children
- responsible and reliable
We offer support and training for the first couple of sessions. The sessions take place after school, evenings, and weekends. Please apply with your CV and a cover letter.
