We’re searching for a Business Support Assistant to work closely with colleagues, and key stakeholders to help develop best practice, work within current process to identify, assist with Onboarding/Offboarding queries and manage business requirements. Can you help us to make it possible?

*Opportunity for hybrid working once training has successfully been completed

Start Date: 05/06/2023

Pay Rate: £12.74 p/h

Shift Pattern: 35 hours per week (8 hours per day – 1 hour lunch) Days/Wk:5 – Flexible 9-5.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Working to maintain an efficient Joiners, Movers, Leaver’s process

· Leaver/mover - KIT/Asset retrieval

· Assisting internal movers, updating systems, removing/updating system access

· Telephony and admin-based tasks

· Working effectively with colleagues and liaising with line manager

· Contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and where customers feel valued

SKILLS:

· Strong attention to detail

· Good oral & written communication skills

· Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Outlook, Word

· Decision-making skills

· Able to prioritise own workload and multi-task to meet objectives

· A positive attitude towards providing excellent service which exceeds expectations

· Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas

*There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 4-week training programme.
