NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
At Frasers Hospitality UK Ltd we are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at our UK Head Office. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures and supervising the reservations team. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.

You should have previous experience in reservations and be driven to succeed and deliver the best results.
