We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our talented kitchen team at The Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join The Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel as a Head Chef.

• It is essential you have previous Head Chef experience within a multi outlet hotel operation within a quality driven fresh food environment.

• Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.

• Deliver and achieve the company budgets and gross profit margins.

• Coach and mentor, the brigade to ensure they achieve their maximum potential.

About You:

• It is essential you have previous Head Chef experience within a multi outlet hotel operation within a quality driven fresh food environment.

• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.

• Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
